Acclaimed Swedish chamber orchestra Camerata Nordica embarks on its first-ever US tour, bringing Nordic creativity and classical brilliance to American audiences.
At the heart of the program is Nordic Seasons, a newly commissioned work by Swedish composer Hanna Helgegren, performed alongside film projections that showcase the beauty of Swedish landscapes. The ensemble also performs Mendelssohn’s vibrant Octet, and Shostakovich’s powerful Two Pieces for String Octet.

Camerata Nordica, leader Hanna Helgegren and soloist Erik Rydvall, nyckelharpa player. This will be the first performance in Sweden of Hanna Helgegrens piece Årstider (Seasons).
